TechnologiesThe UC3845L-D08-T is a switching controller DIP-8 RoHS manufactured by Unisonic Technologies. It is a high performance control IC designed to provide improved stability, fast transient response, and low output noise for off-line and DC to DC converter applications. The IC integrates a voltage reference, error amplifier, temperature compensated current source, PWM comparator, and a high current totem pole output. Its operating voltage range is 4.5 to 25.0V and requires an external oscillator network. It has low power dissipation, high run efficiency, and is RoHS compliant. In addition, it offers excellent line voltage and load regulation and can operate at frequencies up to 500kHz.
