Combining low power, high NO = 0.8 speed, low on-resistance and small physical size, the NC = 1.2 DG2020 is ideal for portable and battery powered Low power consumption applications requiring high performance and efficient use of TTL/CMOS compatible board space. TSOP-6 package The DG2020 is built on Vishay Siliconixs low voltage JI2 process. An epitaxial layer prevents latchup. BENEFITS Break-before-make is guaranteed.
