DG3157 Vishay Siliconix High-Speed, Low R , SPDT Analog Switch ON (2:1 Multiplexer/Demultiplexer Bus Switch) DESCRIPTION FEATURES Halogen-free According to IEC 61249-2-21 The DG3157 is a high-speed single-pole double-throw, low Direct cross to industry standard power, TTL-Compatible bus switch. Using sub-micro CMOS SN74LVC1G3157, NC7SB3157, technology, the DG3157 achieves low on-resistance and NLASB3175, Pl5A3157, and STG3157 negligible propagation delay. SC-70 6-lead package 1.65 V to 5.5 V V operation The DG3157 can handle both analog and digital signals and CC permits signals with amplitudes of up to V to be 5 connection between ports CC transmitted in either direction. Minimal propagation delay Break-before-make switching When the Select pin is low, B is connected to the output A 0 Zero bounce in flow-through mode pin. When the Select pin is high, B is connected to the 1 output A pin. The path that is open will have a high- impedance state with respect to the output. Make-before- break is guaranteed. An eptiaxial layer prevents latch-up.
