Combining low power (0.35 W) On-resistance - R : 25 DS(on) with high speed (t : 68 ns), the DG411HS family is ideally ON Available Fast switching - t : 68 ns ON suited for portable and battery powered industrial and Ultra low power - P : 0.35 W D military applications. TTL, CMOS compatible To achieve high-voltage ratings and superior switching Single supply capability performance, the DG411HS series was built on Vishay Siliconixs high voltage silicon gate process. An epitaxial layer prevents latchup. BENEFITS Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when Widest dynamic range on, and blocks input voltages up to the supply levels when Low signal rrrors and distortion off.
