Combining low power, low Fast switching action - t : 110 ns ON leakages, high speed, low on-resistance and small physical TTL and CMOS compatible size, the DG417B series is ideally suited for portable and MSOP-8 and SOIC-8 package battery powered industrial and military applications requiring Compliant to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC high performance and efficient use of board space.
