DG535/536 Vishay Siliconix 16-Channel Wideband Video Multiplexers DESCRIPTION FEATURES The DG535/536 are 16-channel multiplexers designed for Crosstalk: - 100 dB at 5 MHz routing one of 16 wideband analog or digital input signals to Pb-free 300 MHz Bandwidth Available a single output. They feature low input and output Low Input and Output Capacitance RoHS* capacitance, low on-resistance, and n-channel DMOS T Low Power: 75 W COMPLIANT switches, resulting in wide bandwidth, low crosstalk and high Low r : 50 off isolation. In the on state, the switches pass signals in DS(on) On-Board Address Latches either direction, allowing them to be used as multiplexers or as demultiplexers. Disable Output On-chip address latches and decode logic simplify BENEFITS microprocessor interface. Chip Select and Enable inputs High Video Quality simplify addressing in large matrices. Single-supply Reduced Insertion Loss operation and a low 75 W power consumption vastly Reduced Input Buffer Requirements reduces power supply requirements. Minimizes Power Consumption Theses devices are built on a proprietary D/CMOS process Simplifies Bus Interface which creates low-capacitance DMOS FETs and high-speed, low-power CMOS logic on the same substrate.
