DG9424E, DG9425E, DG9426E www.vishay.com Vishay Siliconix 1.6 On Resistance, 5 V, +12 V, and +3 V Quad SPST Switches DESCRIPTION FEATURES The DG9424E, DG9425E, DG9426E are monolithic quad 3 V to 16 V single supply or 3 V thru 8 V dual supply single-pole-single-throw analog switches. The G9424E and operation DG9425E differ only in that they respond to opposite logic 1.6 typical on resistance levels. The DG9426E has two normally open and two 3 V logic compatible for control normally closed switches. It can be given various Bidirectional rail to rail signal switching configurations, including four SPST, two SPDT, and one DPDT. Fast switching speed Using BiCMOS wafer fabrication technology allows the < 0.2 nA switch on leakage DG9424E, DG9425E, and DG9426E to operate on single Break-before-make switching - DG9426 and dual supplies. Single supply voltage ranges from 3 V to 16 V while dual supply operation is recommended with BENEFITS 3 V to 8 V. Each switch conducts equally well in both Wide operation voltage range direction when on, and blocks input voltages up to the Low signal errors and distortion supply levels when off. Fast switching time The low and flat on resistance over the full input signal voltage rang bring excellent linearity, reduce insertion loss Simple interfacing and signal distortion, make them ideal for data acquisition and programmable gain control applications.
