The Vishay ES2G-E3/52T is a rectifier with a 2.0 amp (ampere) rating at 400 volts (V). It is an ultra-fast 35ns (nanosecond) recovery rectifier designed for high efficiency applications in the consumer, computer, telecom and industrial markets. It features an industrystandard SOD-123 package, which is designed to meet the requirements of surface-mount assembly. This part provides high surge current capability for applications with high peak and/or pulse current demands. It is ideal for switch-mode power supply and DC to DC converters. It also provides excellent temperature stability and is RoHS-compliant.
