The device is similar to Data communications the 6N135 but has an additional Faraday shield on the IGBT drivers detector which enhances the input-output dV/dt immunity. Programmable controllers Signals can be transmitted between two electrically IPM (intelligent power module) drivers separated circuits up to frequencies of 2 MHz.
