Additional Infomation About Product

The SFH691AT Transistor Output Optocoupler Phototransistor Out with AC-In CTR>50-300% is a optoelectronic device manufactured by Vishay. It contains an LED light source and a photodetecting device which are separated by a gap. When a control voltage is applied to the input, the LED emits light which is detected by the output photodetector, resulting in an output current proportional to the input control voltage. This optocoupler provides high speed, high CMR, low power consumption and low saturation voltage. It also offers an improved CTR range of 50-300%, which enables further reduction of power dissipation. The SFH691AT is suitable for general-purpose isolation and current transfer applications such as dc/dc converters, inverters and other similar electronic circuits.
