The VS-20ETS08-M3 is a series of high-current, low-profile single-phase soft-switching bridges dedicated to controlling the speed and torque of brushless DC (BLDC) fans and motors, designed by Vishay Intertechnology. They are part of the Vishay Semiconductor portfolio and feature a maximum output current of 8A, a recycled frequency range of up to 100 kHz, and a maximum voltage of 600 VDC.
