The WE05DUCF-B with DFN1006-2L ESD Protection Devices ROHS is a type of IC (integrated circuit) manufactured by Wayon that provides a high degree of protection against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). It is constructed with a patented, two-tier protection system, which combines surface field termination (SFT) technology with a self-protection diode network.
