The WST2300A with SOT-23 MOSFETs ROHS is a small surface-mount transistor manufactured by Winsok. It is designed specifically for use in low-power, high-temperature and low-voltage applications, such as power management, battery protection, DC-DC converters, motor control, and power switches. Its features include a SOT-23 RoHS compliant package, a Pmax of 80V, an RDS(ON) of 3.8mR, a QGs of 8.5nC, and an operation temperature range of -55C to +150C. It is capable of operating at currents from -75mA to 150mA in both enhancement and depletion mode.
