The WST2337A with MOSFET SOT-23-3L RoHS is a surface mount, three-lead, insulated metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET). It is manufactured by Winsok, and has a P-channel depletion-mode MOSFET, with a maximum drain-gate voltage of 6 volts. This device utilizes a micro-power advanced trench process, enabling it to operate at low drain-source voltage down to 2.5 volts. Additionally, the WST2337A has low operating and standby current, which greatly reduces power consumption. It has a high breakdown voltage, a low on-resistance, and a temperature range of -55ºC to 150ºC. This MOSFET can be used in a variety of applications, including logic circuits, system reset circuitry, and can be used as a level shifter.
