The MT3520B with SOT-23-5 is a DC-DC Converter manufactured by XIAN Aerosemi Tech. The converter has a very small form factor, with 5 pins on the SOT-23-5 package, and is designed to optimize conversion efficiency and reduce the cost of the finished solution. It has an input voltage of 1.8 - 5.5 V, an output voltage range of 1.5 - 5.5 V and and a maximum output current of 300mA. The MT3520B can provide protection against input under voltage, output short circuit, and overtemperature. With an operating temperature range from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius, this DC-DC converter is RoHS compliant, and offers excellent efficiency of up to 94%.
