XD74LS93 XINLUDA

The XINLUDA XD74LS93 with counters and dividers is a dual 4-bit binary counter packaged in a DIP-14 form factor which is RoHS compliant. It is designed for general purpose counting and division operations and is capable of operating continuously at frequencies up to 10 MHz. The XD74Ls93 has 74LS (Low power Schottky) technology. It has two 4-bit binary counters that can be connected in series to form a single 8-bit binary counter. The XD74LS93 is capable of asynchronous and synchronous operations and allows for reset of the counters at any time. It also has an output enable (OE) pin to allow asynchronous operation at reduced speeds. The XD74LS93 can be used in a variety of medium-to-high speed counting and timing applications including clock and frequency dividers, up/down counters and simple binary counters.
