The SMCJ43CA is an SMC-style (DO-214AB) transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode manufactured by YFW Electronics. The diode is RoHS compliant and designed to provide protection against electrical transients in low- or high-voltage applications. Features include a maximum reverse peak pulse current of 43A, and a maximum clamping voltage of 68V. It also features a peak pulse power rating of 1600 watts and a voltage stand-off rating of 400V.
