It is Fast clock rate: 166/143 MHz internally configured as a dual 512K word x 16 Self refresh mode: standard DRAM with a synchronous interface (all signals are Internal pipelined architecture registered on the positive edge of the clock signal, 512K word x 16-bit x 2-bank CLK).
