The AS7C513B-20TCN is a 519-Megabit (64M x 8-Bit) CMOS Static RAM manufactured by Alliance Memory. This device features a wide operating Voltage range of 2.3-3.6V, fast access and cycle times of 70ns and 100ns respectively, low power consumption of 4mA active current, and an Enhanced Low Power Auto Standby Mode, capable of reducing consumption down to 1µA while maintaining data retention.
