The AOZ1331DI from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor is a power management and motor control IC designed for automotive applications. It is a multi-purpose and integrated chipset that is designed to reduce the size and cost of the systems that use it. Its features include 6 integrated N-channel MOSFETs with up to 20A continuous drive current, a current sense amplifier, a pre-driver, as well as over-temperature, over-current, short-circuit and over-voltage protection. It is suitable for DC Brushless Motors, Sensorless BLDC Motor Control, Stepper Motors, and DC Brushed Motor Control.
