AOZ1360 28V Programmable Current-Limited Load Switch General Description Features The AOZ1360 is a member of Alpha and Omega 35m maximum on resistance Semiconductors high-side load switch family intended Programmable current limit for applications that require circuit protection. The device 5.5V to 28V operating input voltage operates from a source voltage between 5.5V and 28V.
