LTC4120IUD#PBF Analog Devices

The LTC4120IUD#PBF from Analog Devices is an integrated buck battery charger and 400mA wireless power receiver with integrated power conditioning and safety features for mitigating out-of-specified conditions. This device is designed as a receiver for wireless transmitters operating at the Qi standard, allowing for safe, efficient and reliable charging of lithium-ion (Li-ion) and lead-acid batteries. It incorporates FlexFET MOSFETs capable of handling currents up to 400mA, and combines advanced reverse-battery protection to eliminate incorrect orientation of the receiver coils. This device also uses an over-voltage lockout and over-current protection circuitry to help protect the device from abnormally high input voltages and current draw on the transmitter coil. The device offers temperature based charge termination to ensure safety and reliability of the Li-ion batteries when properly installed and managed. It is available in a Pb-Free, 16-pin QFN package with a 0.5mm pitch, allowing for easy integration into highly-compact designs.
