MAX15006/MAX15007 40V, Ultra-Low Quiescent-Current Linear Regulators in 6-Pin TDFN/8-Pin SO General Description Features Wide Operating Input Voltage Range (4V to 40V) The MAX15006/MAX15007 ultra-low quiescent-current linear regulators are ideal for use in automotive and Guaranteed 50mA Output Current battery-operated systems. These devices operate from an Low Quiescent Current input voltage of 4V to 40V, deliver up to 50mA of output 10A (No Load) and 90A (Full Load) current, and consume only 10A of quiescent current at Operates Through Cold-Crank Condition no load. The internal p-channel pass device keeps the Withstands 45V Load Dump quiescent current low even at full load. The MAX15007 Low Dropout Voltage of 300mV consumes only 3A current when in shutdown.
