The MAX1615EUK+T is a low-power, high-voltage linear voltage regulator for notebook computers, manufactured by Analog Devices. It is designed to provide precise output voltages from an input voltage of up to 27V. The power dissipation is low, at just 850mW, and it also features very low dropout voltage and current. It maintains tight line and load regulation, and has very fast transient response, due to its low output channel resistance and low output capacitance.
