MAX3453EMAX3456E 19-2924 Rev 4 2/06 15kV ESD-Protected USB Transceivers General Description Features The MAX3453EMAX3456E 15kV ESD-protected USB- 15kV ESD Protection on D+ and D- compliant transceivers interface low-voltage ASICs with USB 1.1 and USB 2.0 (Low-Speed and Full-Speed)- USB devices. The devices fully comply with USB 1.1 Compliant Transceivers and USB 2.0 when operating at full (12Mbps) and low (1.5Mbps) speeds. The MAX3453EMAX3456E operate Combined VP and VM Inputs/Outputs with V as low as +1.65V, ensuring compatibility with L +1.65V to +3.6V V Logic Supply Input for low-voltage ASICs.
