The AS4606BS with MOSFET SOP-8 RoHS is a specialized component manufactured by Chinese electronics manufacturer AnBon. It is an 8-pin SOP (Small Outline Package) and is designed with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliance. The component contains a N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET with a protection circuit and built-in temperature sensor. It has a drain-to-source breakdown voltage of 20V, a drain current of -15A, and a total gate charge of 48nC.
