The BXP7N65U Transistor from Bridgelux is a monolithic integrated N-Channel Power Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET). The device utilizes design innovations such as advanced charge-Enhanced MISFET, thick gate oxide trench technology, and extended double-diffused drain structure to minimize on-resistance and improve switching performance. This Transistor is designed for high-frequency, high-efficiency power conversion applications, and is especially suitable for safe-Isolation, high-frequency switching duties, as well as motor and load control. The package is a 3-lead, exposed metal tab flat-pack, with a compact design to reduce board space and minimize parasitic inductance. This Transistor includes a Schottky diode embedded in it for reverse-conducting current protection.
