The BCT2036EUR18-TR is a SOT-23-3 Linear Voltage Regulator (LDO) ROHS manufactured by BROADCHIP. It is a low-dropout, high-efficiency, low-noise, three-terminal positive regulator that operates from 3.2V to 36V input and provides up to 1.2A output current with excellent line-transient and line-dropout response. It features an internal low power shutdown circuit, over-temperature protection, and current limit protection, and it is highly accurate with 160mV max dropout voltage and 0.1% line regulation.
