The Broadcom ACPL-333J-500E is an optocoupler logic-out push-pull 1-channel 16-pin surface-mount small-outline integrated circuit (SOIC) in a Transistor (T) and a Resistor (R) package. This device features an optocoupler that provides electrical isolation between input and output while maintaining a high DC current transfer ratio, as well as a push-pull transistor output stage with an open collector. The push-pull transistor output stage is capable of sinking/sourcing up to 500mA of current. The device includes a LED source, a Transistor, a Resistor, an Optocoupler IC, and a Photodiode in a single package. It is suitable for use in various applications such as motor control, computer interface, signal transmission, data communication, and relay control.
