The ACPL-P346-560E with Logic Output Opto-couplers from Broadcom is a high speed, wide temperature range optocoupler device designed for use in high speed digital applications. It includes two optically coupled voltage transfer gates with a single high speed output. The ACPL-P346-560E features excellent temperature stability and features a very low threshold for a low input current. The output features a high frequency drive capability, low output voltage saturation, and low terminal capacitance for high speed operation. The optocoupler is also certified for safety in Europe, meeting stringent requirements for safety and reliability standards specified by the VDE and the Underwriters Laboratories.
