The LED is optically 2.5A Absolute Maximum Peak Output Current coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output 15 kV/s minimum Common Mode Rejection (CMR) at stage. These optocouplers are ideally suited for driving V = 1500 V CM power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter 1.5 V maximum low level output voltage (V ) OL applications. The high operating voltage range of the output stage provides the drive voltages required by I = 4 mA maximum supply current CC gate controlled devices. The voltage and current supplied Under Voltage Lock-Out protection (UVLO) with by these optocouplers make them ideally suited for hysteresis directly driving IGBTs with ratings up to 1200 V/100 A.
