This optocoupler is ideally suited for 120 ns maximum propagation delay driving power, GaN(Gallium Nitride), and SiC(Silicon 50 ns maximum propagation delay difference Carbide) MOSFETs used in inverter or AC-DC/DC-DC LED current input with hysteresis converter applications. The high operating voltage range of 100 kV/s minimum Common Mode Rejection (CMR) at the output stage provides the drive voltages required by V = 1500V gate controlled devices.
