This optocoupler is ideally suited for Rail-to-rail output voltage driving power, GaN (Gallium Nitride) and SiC(Silicon 120 ns maximum propagation delay Carbide) MOSFETs used in inverter or AC-DC/DC-DC 50 ns maximum propagation delay difference converter applications.
