The ACPL-W483-500E is an opto-coupler made by Broadcom, which is used as an insulated electrical barrier device, isolating input and output circuits. It features a 4-pin Dual-in-Line (DIP) plastic package, with a compact size and a leadless form factor. The device is also designed to provide high temperature performance with high insulation, up to 3,000Vrms.
