The CJ7812 with Linear Voltage Regulator is a TO-263-2L RoHS component manufactured by Changjiang. It is a fixed 3-terminal positive voltage regulator that offers an output voltage of 12V and a maximum output current of 1A. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. This component features an ultra low dropout voltage of less than or equal to 0.2V, making it suitable for low voltage environments, as well as adjustable current limit and thermal shutdown protection. The CJ7812 also offers a tight line and load regulation of 1%.
