The CJ78M12 is a fixed 3-terminal linear voltage regulator manufactured by Changjiang and encapsulated in TO-252-2 (DPAK) RoHS compliant package. It offers a 12V output voltage and a maximum of 1.0A output current. It provides excellent line and load regulation, and has a wide input voltage range of 7V to 40V. The CJ78M12 is designed with internal thermal shutdown, reverse current protection, and short-circuit protection. It is designed for over current protection circuit without a separate external current limiting resistor. It has good temperature stability and high reliability.
