The Chemtronics ES1550E part is a non-flammable flux remover. It is a non-chlorinated, non-flammable, electrical contact cleaner/flux remover. It is formulated to quickly remove flux residues from difficult-to-clean surfaces such as avionics, electrical switches, motors, etc. It also eliminates the odor of traditional flux removers. It is a fast-drying, non-chlorinated flux remover designed to quickly and effectively clean electronic boards, components and assemblies. It is designed to leave no residue behind, so the contacts and boards can be immediately re-assembled. The active ingredients in the ES1550E are highly refined, low-odor hydrocarbon materials that clean and displace flux residue without the use of ozone depleting materials.
