A Product Line of Diodes Incorporated ZXTR1005K4 100V INPUT, 5V 50mA VOLTAGE REGULATOR Description Features The ZXTR1005K4 is a high voltage regulator with fixed output voltage Series Linear Regulator Using Emitter-Follower Stage of 5V 2% and a 50mA drive capability. It is designed for use in high Input Voltage = 10 to 100V voltage applications where standard linear regulators cannot be used. Output Voltage = 5V 2% This function is fully integrated into a TO252 package, minimizing 4% tolerance over -55 to +125C PCB area and reducing number of components when compared with Output Current up to 50mA a multi-chip discrete solution. Toggle Output On/Off with Enable pin Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS compliant (Notes 1 & 2) The device also features an enable pin which disables the regulator Halogen and Antimony Free.
