ZXTR2012K 100V INPUT, 12V 50mA REGULATOR TRANSISTOR Description Features The ZXTR2012K monolithically integrates a transistor, zener diode Series Linear Regulator Using Emitter-Follower Stage and resistor to function as a high-voltage linear regulator. The device Input Voltage = 15V to 100V (For regulated output voltage) regulates with a 12V nominal output at 15mA. Its designed for use in Output Voltage = 12V 10% high-voltage applications where standard linear regulators cannot be 150k resistor to limit quiescent current used. This function is fully integrated into a TO252 package, Fully integrated into a TO252 package minimizing PCB area and reducing a number of components when Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2) compared with a multi-chip discrete solution.
