The EP5357xUI integrates MOSFET switches, control, 2.5mm x 2.25mm x 1.1mm uQFN Package 2 compensation, and the magnetics in an advanced Total Solution Footprint 14mm 2.5mm x 2.25mm QFN Package. Low VOUT Ripple for RF Compatibility Integrated magnetics enables a tiny solution High Efficiency, Up to 93% footprint, low output ripple, low part-count, and high 600mA Continuous Output Current reliability, while maintaining high efficiency. The 55A quiescent current complete solution can be implemented in as little as 2 Less than 1A standby current 14mm . 5 MHz switching frequency A proprietary light load mode (LLM) provides high 3 pin VID for glitch free voltage scaling efficiency in light load conditions. V Range 0.6V to V 0.25V OUT IN The EP5357xUI uses a 3-pin VID to easily select the output voltage setting. Output voltage settings are Short circuit and over current protection available in 2 optimized ranges providing coverage UVLO and thermal protection for typical V settings. OUT IC level reliability in a PowerSOC solution The VID pins can be changed on the fly for fast APPLICATIONS dynamic voltage scaling. EP5357LUI further has the option to use an external voltage divider.
