The EC4953 is a null 3.5A 2 P-Channel SOT-23-6L MOSFETs ROHS device manufactured by Eternal Semiconductor. It is designed with a wide range of operating voltages from -10V to -80V, and a maximum drain to source on resistance (RDSon) of less than 0.3O. This MOSFET is ideal for low voltage load switch applications. Its SOT-23 package design and low on resistance make it suitable for high frequency switching. It also features a fast switching speed, low voltage drop, and superior EMI suppression characteristics.
