The ES8388S is a digital audio system-on-chip (SoC) manufactured by Everest Semiconductor. It contains a high-fidelity Codec IC, a low-power CODEC, an integrated Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and a professional audio processor for audio input and output. It is designed to be used in digital signal processor products, multimedia systems, and embedded systems such as tablets, phones, televisions, cars, and stereos. The ES8388S provides superior audio performance and features for both professional and consumer audio applications. It includes a QFN-28 RoHS package with 28 pins and a 16-bit digital-analog converter and two low-noise, high-performance, 16-bit digital-analog converters to provide excellent audio performance. It supports popular audio formats such as I2S, TDM, AES/EBU, S/PDIF, and analog. The ES8388S operates at low power for both analog and digital audio, enabling longer battery life and improved thermal performance.
