This model, US232R, provides a simple method of adapting legacy serial devices with RS232 interfaces to modern USB ports by incorporating the FTDI FT232R bridge chip. The US232R cable is available in three lengths 10cm (US232R-10), 100cm (US232R-100) and 500cm (US232R-500).
