The AO3404 with 30V 5.8A 1.5W 22mO@4.5V,6.5A N Channel SOT-23-3 MOSFETs ROHS manufactured by GOODWORK is a medium-power field-effect transistor (FET) designed to be used in low voltage, high frequency operations, such as switching power supplies, converters, motor-drivers, and other consumer electronics. It features an ON resistance of 22mO@4.5V, low Gate-source thresholds and provides high switching speeds with very low gate charge and low output capacitance.
