The HC32L176MATA-LQFP80 is a RoHS compliant low-voltage 8-bit microcontroller manufactured by HDSC. It is based on the 8-bit 8051-compatible core and it combines enhanced core features and a set of peripherals into a low-power, low-cost, small-footprint LQFP-80 package. Features include an advanced single-cycle 8051 compatible core, a program memory of 16K bytes, a data memory of 1152 bytes, interrupt handling, 8-bit and 16-bit timers, PWM, dual data pointers, watchdog and brown-out reset, a variety of I/O options, and an Enhanced UART.
