The HC32F170FAUA-QFN32TR with Other Processors and Microcontrollers (MCUs) QFN-32 RoHS is a 32-bit, 512KB Flash memory based Cortex-M0+ processor manufactured by HDSC. It is capable of speeds up to 40MHz and offers an integrated 16-bit Advanced timer, 2 x 16-bit Timer/Counters, a 16-bit PWM module, 10-channel programmable 10-bit ADC and multiple Interrupt channels. It has 8KB RAM, 8KB ROM, integrated USB module and embedded Watchdog and Clock Oscillator. The device also includes multiplexed I/O lines and communications interfaces such as UART, I2C, SPI, ANSI/ISO standard C-library, debugger and total firmware development environment support. The QFN-32TR package is RoHS-compliant and available in industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
