The ULN2001N with Darlington transistor array driver Through Hole RoHS manufactured by HGSEMI is an integrated circuit that contains a high-voltage, high-current 500 mA Darlington transistor array. It consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs that feature high-voltage outputs with common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. This device has a wide operating voltage of up to 50 V and can drive loads up to 500 mA. Additionally, it is RoHS compliant, meaning that it does not contain hazardous materials that are hazardous to the environment.
