The ULN2001N with Darlington transistor array driver Through Hole RoHS manufactured by HGSEMI is an integrated circuit that contains a high-voltage, high-current 500 mA Darlington transistor array. It consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs that feature high-voltage outputs with common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. This device has a wide operating voltage of up to 50 V and can drive loads up to 500 mA. Additionally, it is RoHS compliant, meaning that it does not contain hazardous materials that are hazardous to the environment. This part is designed for use in a variety of applications such as motor control, industrial, and consumer products. It is designed to fit through hole-mount PCB packages and is easily connected to wiring with panel screw terminals or headers.
