The ULN2803ADM/TR Darlington Transistor Array is a high-voltage, high-current, monolithic, 17-channel integrated chip from HGSEMI. It is available in a plastic SOP-18-300mil package and is ROHS compliant. The chip has 8 open-collector Darlington pairs composed of high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistors, each with an integral reverse-connected diode. The chip is ideal for line driving in digital logic systems and many other applications. This chip features a 50V maximum peak input voltage, an 800V breakdown voltage, a 500mA current sinking capability, and can operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to + 125°C. It also features wide range IC isolation, low saturation voltage, and low power wide operating capability.
