The CD4069UBD with Gates and Inverters SOP-14 RoHS is a CMOS integrated circuit manufactured by HTC Korea. It is composed of six CMOS inverters and one 3-input NAND gate in a single package. The device can operate in either the low or high range of power voltages from 3V to 15V.
