Additional Infomation About Product

The BAS21C is an industrial grade, SOT-23 package, Silicon Switching Diode from HXY MOS and is ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant. This part consists of two diodes connected back-to-back in a single package. It is designed for high-speed switching operations with surge currents up to 200mA. The low forward voltage drop and the very fast switching times makes this component ideal for various digital applications such as voltage clamping, low power drivers, signal clamping, and general rectification purposes. The BAS21C also boasts a high peak reverse voltage (VRM) of 400V and an operating junction temperature range from -65 to 175°C.
